Ariana Grande Teases “Love Me Harder” Video With The Weeknd

Ariana Grande‘s lush synth-pop duet “Love Me Harder” with The Weeknd stood out as one of the highlights from her sophomore record My Everything for most fans, so it’s no surprise that the young songstress has already started to promote the track as her next single from the record.

After whipping up a live rendition of the number during her Saturday Night Live performance back in September, the mini-diva is now busily shooting both the lyric video and actual video for “Love Me Harder.”

In a new Instagram teaser posted a day ago, Ari is seen luxuriating on a bed, later teaming up with her pal The Weeknd inside a stairwell for some dramatic crooning. It’s only just a small taste of what’s to come, but already, it looks like these two are cooking up some serious visual magic together. Check out the video teaser, as well as some behind-the-scenes snaps, after the jump.

NFL Players Talk Music: What’s On Their Pre-Game Playlists?

Aside from the music blasted from stadium soundsystems, many NFL players use tunes inside their headphones to get pumped for games… or to chill out afterwards. Billboard spoke with six NFL players about their listening habits, check out to see who listens to The Weeknd.

What do you like to listen to before a game?

“Intro” from Meek Mill’s DreamChasers, “Dangerous” by Busta Rhymes, and anything by A$AP Ferg. I’m a big A$AP Mob fan. And French Montana — I’m from Connecticut, so I listen to a bunch of east coast music. Also, Rick Ross and Tupac.

What do other players on the team like?

A lot of guys from the west coast play YG and Nipsey Hussle. One of my guys is Jigz The Flyer, who’s from Connecticut. A lot of my teammates are catching onto him.

What do you listen to after a game?

After the game, I listen to The Weeknd. I’ve been doing that since I was at Georgia and it just became a routine.

What were you into as a kid?

When I was younger — you probably wouldn’t believe it — my favorite band was Korn. I was really into dirt bikes and it came with that culture.

The Weeknd “What You Need” (Jacques Greene remix)

As the Weeknd pushes ahead with new material, Montreal producer Jacques Greene is harkening back to the noir & B singer’s buzzed-about early days by sharing a remix of his House of Balloons track “What You Need.”

Greene noted that he made the track in “late 2010/early 2011.” This version preserves the soul song’s moody nocturnal vibe, and it doesn’t depart too wildly from the original arrangement, although Green’s fluttering rhythms and murky textures are a little more dense and danceable.

Take a listen below.
